1. A person diagnosed with a lower extremity fracture among musculoskeletal disorders caused by a traffic accident
2. Persons capable of partial weight bearing
3. A person who can walk more than 10m independently using a walking aid
4. Persons who voluntarily participated in clinical research and obtained consent
5. A person who can understand and follow the instructions of the researcher
6. Persons aged 19 or over and under 65 years of age
1. Infection at the surgical site, avascular necrosis
2. Serious heart disease
3. Uncontrolled high blood pressure
4. Untreated deep venous thrombosis
5. Weight less than 38 kg
