i) Subjects who underwent Arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction with Semitendinosus graft in a single knee will be recruited from 3 and 6 months postoperatively.
ii) Subjects with Knee Range of motion between 0°–110° ± 10°,
iii) Subjects who can walk independently.
i) Subjects who had previously undergone Anterior Cruciate Ligament reconstruction in the same knee.
ii) Subjects with a history of Inflammatory joint diseases of the lower extremity
iii) Subjects who have received an intra-articular injection for the knee in the last 6 months
iv) Subjects suffering from a neurological, cardiac or metabolic disease that affects backward walking
v)Subjects with a history of recent surgery to the hip or ankle joint.
vi) Concomitant meniscal or cartilage injury
vii) Fracture of the affected limb
