The participants will be considered diabetic by a doctor
The participants will be screened for diabetic peripheral neuropathy using diabetic foot profiler and 128 Hz Vibration Tuning Fork (the â??On-Offâ?? Method)
Age 50 â?? 75 years.
Both male and female.
BMI not exceeding 35 kg/m2
HbA1c scores (HbA1c >= 6.5%)
The duration of the diabetes will be considered as reported by the doctor and/or participant.
Able to stand and walk independently without the help of a walking aid or assistance.
Able to understand and obey simple commands.
Willing to participate in the study.
Patients with a history of neurological or orthopaedic conditions or cardiovascular conditions (like stroke, parkinsonism, vestibular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis or severe osteoarthritis, lower limb amputation, deformities, hearing impairment not corrected, skin injuries or fractures in last 6 months)
History of severe retinopathy or nephropathy
Non diabetic neuropathy
Presence of plantar ulcer
History of medically unstable patients
History of psychiatric or mental illness.
Score more than 8 on 6 item cognitive impairment.

Name Time Method 1. Functional Balance- Single leg stance test67 and four step square test. <br/ ><br>2. Balance Confidence- Activities specific balance confidence scale. <br/ ><br>3. Fear of Falling- Fall efficacy scale. <br/ ><br>4. Activities of daily living â?? Kartz activities of daily living questionnaire <br/ ><br>5. Quality of Life- WHOQOL- BREF quality of life. <br/ ><br>6. Urinary Incontinence- Revised Urinary Incontinence Scale (RUIS). <br/ ><br>7. Number of Falls- Number of falls in last 4 weeks. <br/ ><br>8. Adherence to the patient education and home exercises <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 8. Adherence to the patient education and home exercises (baseline - 4 weeks)
