Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To evaluate microbial count for Streptococcus mutans, Candida albicans, Porphyromonas gingivalis & Lactobacillus acidophilus over AgNP coated aligner over a period of 14 days of intraoral usage & compare the microbial count for these microorganisms with uncoated sample of aligners.

Timepoint: Uncoated sample: At baseline and 2 weeks

Coated sample: At 2 weeks and 4 weeks
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To evaluate & compare number of microbial colonies in saliva over a period of 14 days wear of silver nanoparticle coated clear aligners with that of uncoated alignersTimepoint: Saliva sample collection for uncoated clear aligners: Day 0, day 3, day 10, day 14

Saliva sample collection for coated clear aligners: Day 14, day 17, day 24, day 28
