Inclusion Criteria
1. Arch length-tooth material discrepancy = 4 mm
2. Non extraction plan
3. Localised/Generalized spacing
4. Patients aged 15-35 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Arch length-tooth material discrepancy > 4mm
2. Poor periodontal health
3. Age more than 35 years
4. Previous history of orthodontic treatment
5. History of Systemic disease
6. Non-compliant patient

Name Time Method To evaluate microbial count for Streptococcus mutans, Candida albicans, Porphyromonas gingivalis & Lactobacillus acidophilus over AgNP coated aligner over a period of 14 days of intraoral usage & compare the microbial count for these microorganisms with uncoated sample of aligners. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Uncoated sample: At baseline and 2 weeks <br/ ><br>Coated sample: At 2 weeks and 4 weeks
