Inclusion Criteria

1. Single rooted teeth with single canal

2. Teeth with necrotic or infected pulp as diagnosed clinically and radiographically

3. Sufficient coronal structure for adequate isolation

4. Age of patients between 18-55 years

5. Patients with non-contributory medical history

Exclusion Criteria

1. Teeth with external/internal resorption

2. Teeth with Calcified canal

3. Patients who do not consent to participate in the study

4. Teeth with open apices

5. Pregnant females

6. Patients with Systemic Conditions

To evaluate in-vivo the anti-microbial efficacy of Triple antibiotic paste [Metronidazole 400mg + Ciprofloxacin 500mg + Clindamycin 150mg] as an intracanal medicament against Enterococcus faecalis in single rooted teeth. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3. To evaluate in-vivo the anti-microbial efficacy of Bromelain extract as an intracanal medicament against Enterococcus faecalis in single rooted teeth. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>4. To evaluate in-vivo the antimicrobial efficacy of Triticum aestivum extract (Wheat Grass) as an intracanal medicament against Enterococcus faecalis in single rooted teeth.Timepoint: Before treatment, After 7 days of treatment
