Systemically healthy patients, i.e., Class I patients according to American Society
of Anaesthesiology [ASA] classification having multirooted teeth diagnosed with
pulpal necrosis with asymptomatic apical periodontitis will be included.
3. Teeth with at least three intact coronal walls indicated for endodontic therapy will
be included.
4. A written informed consent will be taken from all the patients and only those
patients ready to sign the consent form will be included in the study.
1. Teeth with symptomatic reversible or irreversible pulpitis, acute apical abscess,
phoenix abscess, weeping canals, periapical cyst, vertical root /crown fracture,
root caries, root resorption, calcified canals, severe dilacerations will be excluded.
2. Teeth with developmental anomaly or congenital defects will be excluded.
3. Patients on antibiotic therapy will be excluded from the study.
4. Pregnant and lactating women will be excluded.
