入选标准
- •1. The BMI should between 18.5 and 26 kg/m2 and
- •2. The body fat percentage of > 20%.
- •3. The regular physical activity level of each participant should not exceed 120 minutes per week assessed by the Freiburg questionnaire of physical activity.
排除标准
- •Participants were not eligible if they had any contraindications with regard to physical activity according to American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines, including cardiovascular, metabolic or renal diseases.
