Inclusion Criteria
1. The BMI should between 18.5 and 26 kg/m2 and
2. The body fat percentage of > 20%.
3. The regular physical activity level of each participant should not exceed 120 minutes per week assessed by the Freiburg questionnaire of physical activity.
Exclusion Criteria
Participants were not eligible if they had any contraindications with regard to physical activity according to American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines, including cardiovascular, metabolic or renal diseases.

Name Time Method Change of reactive oxygen species production with electron spin resonance was assessed at four time points: 2 hours before the intervention, immediately prior to, immediately post as well as 15 minutes post intervention.
