•Married women in the age group of 18-35 years who were anxious to conceive with or
•without irregular menstrual cycle
•Females with or without features of polycystic ovarian disease.
•Females whose spouse have normal seminogram were included in the study
•Females with history of not able to conceive even after one year of unprotected intercourse
•with all normal investigations.
•Females willing to sign written informed consent.

•Females with primary ovarian failure endocrinal disorder systemic illnesses malignancy
•and on hormonal therapy for anovulation within last 3 months were excluded.
•Females with any structural and pathological abnormality of reproductive organs will also be
•Females with surgical menopause.
•Mentally retarded females.
•Females who fail to give consent.
•Females who fail to follow up.
