- •presence of breast lump with and without pain.
- •positive findings of cytological investigations by FNAC
- •BI-RADS 2nd & 3rd stage
- •BI-RADS Gradings: stage 1; Negative / Normal
- •stage 2; Non-cancerous abnormality
- •stage 3; probably benign
- •stage 4; suspicious
- •stage 5; high suggestive of a malignancy
- •stage 6; biopsy proven malignancy
排除标准
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •patient having any systemic disease
- •BI-RADS 1,4,5,6
- •breast abscess
- •Patients with history of hormonal treatment for 3 month (OCPS /tamoxifen)
