A Clinical Trial to Study the association between intake of Proton Pump Inhibitors and certain Cell membrane changes and its correlation with intracellular ionic dearrangements in patients who had undergone heartattack by comparing with similar patients who are not on proton pump inhibitor therapy.

- Health Condition 1: null- 60 post myocardial infarction patients,30 of them should be on proton pump inhibitor therapy for more than three months and 30 of them not on any proton pump inhibitor therapy.

Inclusion Criteria
1. Group 1-Post MI patients on PPI therapy for more than 3 months.
2. Group 2 - Post MI patients who are not on any PPI therapy.
Exclusion Criteria
1.patient age more than 75 or less than 40 years.
2.intake of diuretics.
3.renal impairment.
4.chronic liver disease.
5.malabsorption disorders.
6.pregnant/lactating mothers.
7.malignancies
8.any psychiatric illness
