The peripheral temperature in the under group was significantly higher than that in the upper group 60 min after the start of surgery (p = 0.02). On the postoperative factor, the frequency of postoperative shivering was significantly less in the under group than in the upper group (p < 0.01), and the postoperative hospital stay was significantly shortened (p = 0.04).
