1.Patients with clinical diagnosis of Irq-un-Nasa (sciatica), based on following
diagnostic criteria:
a.Pain in lower back radiating upto buttock and lower leg, mostly unilateral.
b. Pain increases in morning and during movements.
c. Pain increases on SLR Test.
2. Patients between the age of 20-60 years.
3.Patients of both genders.
4. Patients who would agree to sign the informed consent and follow the protocol.
1. Age less than 20 years and more than 60 years.
2. Patients with Cardiovascular diseases. Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Mental
illness.
3. Bone fracture, Spinal deformity (congenital or Acquired)
4. Patients with severe systematic diseases like, Tumour, Cancer, Pace maker,
implanted plates or prosthetic Disease.
5. Pregnancy and lactation.
6. Patients who do not report for follow up and who refused to join the study.
