1. Patients over 50 years old and under 80 years old
2. Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair
3. Rotator cuff tear
4. Suture Result after Surgery: Type I ~ II (Complete repair)
5. Size of rupture: small, small to medium, medium to large
6.Repair method: Single row or Double row suture bridge technique
7. Patients with an ASA score I / II / III
8. The patient has consented to the operation and procedure.
1.BMI> 30 kg / m2
2. Patients with a psychiatric history.
3. Patients with other respiratory diseases such as COPD
4. Patients with previous trauma to the lesion
5. Patients with cervical disease and neuropathy
6. Patients with coagulation or taking anticoagulant drugs.
7. Patients with myopathy
8. Patients in need of additional incision surgery in addition to arthroscopic surgery.
9. Infectious diseases, degenerative diseases, rheumatoid arthritis
10. Stroke, gastritis or gastric ulcer history, dialysis patients, chronic renal failure patients
11.NSAID or opioid allergy
12. Pregnant and lactating women
