patients with ASA I, II who were candidate for arthroscopy with age range of 18-60 years. Exclusion criteria: addict patients, pregnant women, patients with history of heart disease and hypertension.

Name Time Method Patient's analgesia. Timepoint: within 1, 2, 4, 6 & 24 hours after the operation. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale (VAS).
