Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Elderly of age between 60\-85
  • Both genders male and female
  • Able to wake atleast 10m in a controlled environment
  • Berg balance scale score ranging between 21\-52
  • Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale score ranging between 19\-25
  • Should have completed primary school education
  • Should know how to use a smartphone

Exclusion Criteria

  • Musculoskeletal impairment of lower limb such as fracture, joint replacement, study tissue injury in the past 3 months
  • If taking any interventions that reduce risk of fall
  • Uncorrected visual or auditory impairment
  • Unable to speak
