Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elderly of age between 60\-85
- •Both genders male and female
- •Able to wake atleast 10m in a controlled environment
- •Berg balance scale score ranging between 21\-52
- •Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale score ranging between 19\-25
- •Should have completed primary school education
- •Should know how to use a smartphone
Exclusion Criteria
- •Musculoskeletal impairment of lower limb such as fracture, joint replacement, study tissue injury in the past 3 months
- •If taking any interventions that reduce risk of fall
- •Uncorrected visual or auditory impairment
- •Unable to speak
