Patients aged 20 – 65 years scheduled for laparoscopic gynecological surgery
Those with cardiovascular disease, those with high blood pressure whose blood pressure is not controlled below the normal range (140/90mmHg) despite taking medications, those with diabetes whose blood sugar is not controlled below 200 mg/dl even after taking medications, and active lung disease Those with cerebral palsy, those with brain tumors and cerebrovascular abnormalities (cerebral aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation), those with infectious eye disease, glaucoma, and ophthalmic surgery, those with a BMI of 30 or higher
