- •Patients providing informed written consent
- •Patients belonging to classs ASA 1 And ASA 2
- •Patients undergoing elective surgeries for chronic calculous diseases of gall bladder and biliary tract with operative duration of 2 to 3 hours
排除标准
- •Patient refusal to participate
- •Patients belonging to ASA 3 and ASA 4
- •Patient having known allergy to anaesthetic drugs involved in study
- •Patients on medications like hypnotics narcotic analgesics or sedatives
- •Patients having sensory or motor deficit
- •Patients having hypotension or vascular disease
- •History of seizure disorder
- •Presence or History of anticipated difficult airway
