Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm scheduled for coil embolisation procedure
- •2\.Age 18 years and above
- •3\.WFNS grade 1and 2 patients36 /Modified Hunt and Hess Clinical Grade 1 and 2 patients
- •4\.Modified Fisher grade 1 and 2 patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •2Intubated patients
- •3\.Patients receiving sedative agents
- •4\.Patients diagnosed to have vasculitis
- •5\.Patients diagnosed to have cerebral vasospasm clinically or radiologically
- •6\.Hematocrit of less than 30% and more than 45%
