Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm scheduled for coil embolisation procedure
  • 2\.Age 18 years and above
  • 3\.WFNS grade 1and 2 patients36 /Modified Hunt and Hess Clinical Grade 1 and 2 patients
  • 4\.Modified Fisher grade 1 and 2 patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Hemodynamically unstable patients
  • 2Intubated patients
  • 3\.Patients receiving sedative agents
  • 4\.Patients diagnosed to have vasculitis
  • 5\.Patients diagnosed to have cerebral vasospasm clinically or radiologically
  • 6\.Hematocrit of less than 30% and more than 45%
