Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients aged 18years to 75 years
  • •Patients scheduled for therapeutic endovascular neuro\-interventions
  • •1\. Patients with ruptured aneurysm undergoing endovascular coiling/ Flow diversion
  • •2\. Patients with unruptured aneurysm undergoing endovascular interventions
  • •3\. Patients with intracranial AVM undergoing endovascular embolisation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Hemodynamically unstable patients
  • •2\.Intubated Patients
  • •3\.Patients having derranged Renal Parameters
  • •4\.Patients diagnosed to be having vasculitis
  • •5\.Patients diagnosed to be having cerebral vasospasm in preprocedural angiography
  • •6\.Patients diagnosed to be having hydrocephalus
  • •7\.Patients having abnormal coagulation parameters
  • •8\.Patients having Hemoglobin \< 10gm/dl or Hematocrit \< 30%
