Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 18years to 75 years
- •Patients scheduled for therapeutic endovascular neuro\-interventions
- •1\. Patients with ruptured aneurysm undergoing endovascular coiling/ Flow diversion
- •2\. Patients with unruptured aneurysm undergoing endovascular interventions
- •3\. Patients with intracranial AVM undergoing endovascular embolisation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •2\.Intubated Patients
- •3\.Patients having derranged Renal Parameters
- •4\.Patients diagnosed to be having vasculitis
- •5\.Patients diagnosed to be having cerebral vasospasm in preprocedural angiography
- •6\.Patients diagnosed to be having hydrocephalus
- •7\.Patients having abnormal coagulation parameters
- •8\.Patients having Hemoglobin \< 10gm/dl or Hematocrit \< 30%
