Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients with age 18\-65years 2\)Patients belonging to ASA grade 1 or 2
- •3\)Patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia which are using ETT for securing airway
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient refusal 2\)ASA grade 3 or4
- •3\)Obese patients BMI \> 30
- •4\)Patients allergic to either of the agents used in both groups
- •5\)CKD, CLD patients, cardiac dysfunction, psychotic and neurotic disorder , Drug addiction,BMI \>30, use of supraglottic devices , use of any nerve block
- •6\)Patients with difficult airway
