Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •control group: no arterial occlusive disease, volunteers
  • •treatment group: proven arterial occlusive disease, informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- emergency treatment,
  • •\- known occlusion of the anterior and posterior tibial artery and the popliteal artery,
  • •\- mandatory isolation in multidrug\-resistant bacterial colonization,
  • •\- general physical or mental inability to cooperate
