Inclusion Criteria

control group: no arterial occlusive disease, volunteers
treatment group: proven arterial occlusive disease, informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

- emergency treatment,
- known occlusion of the anterior and posterior tibial artery and the popliteal artery,
- mandatory isolation in multidrug-resistant bacterial colonization,
- general physical or mental inability to cooperate
