Inclusion Criteria
Patients who
1. 18 years of age
2. History of chronic facet joint pain of at least 3 months duration
3. Undergoing Facet Medial Branch Block by fluoroscope-guide
4. No history of local anesthesia allergy
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who
1. Patients cannot understand or express themselves in Thai and unable to use the visual analogue scale score (VAS) to rate pain intensity
2. History of local anesthesia allergy
