- •Subjects whose sitting duration is more than 4 hours daily.
- •Workers working in diamond industry for minimum of 12 months.
- •Workers who gave consent to participate.

- •History of any surgery in last 6 months.
- •History of any congenital cardiovascular disease.
- •History of any systemic inflammatory disease.
- •History of any recent infectious disease in workers.
- •History of trauma or other accident relating to injury.
- •Participants who refused to give consent for participation.
- •History of any neurological disease.
