Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. The study will include students of
- •physiotherapy course.
- •2\. The study will include students who
- •consistently sits for five to six hours
- •throughout the day.
- •3\. The study will include students who do not
- •engage in regular physical activity.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.The study will not include students who had
- •chronic systemic illness.
- •2\. Any previous history of injury to hand, cervical
- •spine due to Road Traffic Accident (Traumatic
- •Injury), Non\-Traumatic Injury.
