- •New graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience working at a general hospital in Incheon, Republic of Korea.
- •Individuals who voluntarily provided written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study.
- •Individuals who had not completed a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) simulation training program with the same educational content within the previous three months.
排除标准
- •Individuals who had completed a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) simulation training program with the same educational content within the previous three months.
- •Individuals who were unable to safely participate in CPR simulation training because of an acute illness, injury, or other health-related conditions on the study day.
