入选标准
- •Patients with moderate to severe inflammatory acne on the face
排除标准
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •History of using systemic anti-acne treatment drugs in the previous 1 month
- •The presence of inflammatory acne on the trunk without facial involvement
- •Cases of mild acne (the presence of only comedones without inflammatory lesions)
- •Photosensitivity
- •Patients receiving drugs that cause photosensitivity (such as griseofulvin).
- •Age above 30 years and below 12 years
- •Patients with G6pd deficiency (in the group receiving dapsone gel)
- •History of allergy to doxycycline, adapalene and dapsone
