Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients of age between 18\-60 years
- •2\.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA)
- •physical status I\-II
- •3\.Patients undergoing laparoscopic
- •cholecystectomy requiring endotracheal
- •intubation under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) \> 35 kg/m2
- •2\.Patients with increased risk regurgitation and
- •aspiration of gastric content
- •3\.Patients who are allergic to study drug
- •4\.Patients with cardiovascular disorders
- •5\.Patients with respiratory disorders
- •6\.Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency
- •7\.Pregnant and lactating women
