Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Twenty female patients after menopause
  • •2\. RA according to American College of Rheumatology criteria
  • •3\. Less than 12 months since diagnosis
  • •4\. Stable medication since at least three months
  • •5\. Independent in daily living
  • •6\. Passed menopause
  • •7\. Speak and understand Swedish
  • •8\. No other major disease that prevent them from performing intensive strength training

  • •Does not comply with the above inclusion criteria.
