a)18 years of age and above
b)CT/MRI confirmed diagnosis of Right, Left or bilateral hemispheric thrombotic infarct
c)With premorbid ability to read and write
d)Within 6 months of onset of nonfluent aphasia
a)Any patient with hearing, visual impairment or both
b)History of malignancy
c)Evidence of severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, pulmonary or other chronic or neuropsychiatric disorder, as determined by history, physical examination, and screening laboratory tests.
d)Those unwilling to participate in the study
