Inclusion Criteria
1 Simultaneously conforms to the western medicine chronic insomnia diagnosis standard, Chinese medicine does not sleep diagnosis standard and the Chinese medicine phlegm syndrome diagnosis standard;
2 Aged 18 to 70 years;
3 Normal cognitive function.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients with severe mental illness or anxiety or depression;
2 Drug dependence or alcohol dependence;
3 Pregnancy and lactation patients;
4 The survival period is less than 6 months;
5 Combined use of other traditional Chinese medicine preparations, lipid-lowering drugs or psychotropic drugs during treatment;
6 Use of lipid-lowering drugs within one month;
7 Hamilton anxiety scale score >= 14 or Hamilton depression scale (17 items) >=17.
8 Serious physical diseases.
