Radiological evidence of calculi (upto 7 mm) in kidney/ ureter /urinary bladder
Patients willing and able to participate in the study for 12 weeks
Age below 18 years and above 60 years
Duration of diseases >5 years
Stone size more than 10mm
Stag horn renal stone
Gross hydronephrosis
Pyelonephrosis
Diabetes mellitus
Malignancy
Impaired renal function
Serum creatinine more than >1.5 mg%
Chronic renal failure
Patients with obstruction in urinary passage
Patients with known metabolic abnormality for calculus formation
Any other complication of calculus
Pregnant/lactating woman
Patient undergoing treatment for any other serious illness
