Prescription is done with reference to standard text book of Materia Medica as well as repertory.

- •Inclusion of subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
- •Case taking and assessment with laboratory investigation along with serum ferritin measurement.
排除标准
- •Pregnant women, Lactating women, Females before menarche, Females after menopause, Females with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, uterine diseases, intestinal mal absorption, ongoing excessive blood loss, (including ongoing blood donations), inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, chronic congestive cardiac failure, chronic renal failure, chronic liver failure or chronic infectious disease, or hospitalized or ill patients.
