- •1] Patients aged 18-60 years
- •2] Either gender of ASA I-III patients
- •3] GCS 13 or more
- •4] Scheduled for excision and surgical decompression for elective Intracranial Space Occupying Lesions
排除标准
- •1] Refusal to Consent
- •2] Patients with GCS <13
- •3] Patients with psychotic disorders and on medication or therapy
- •4] Patients with history of substance abuse/ chronic use of opioid analgesics
- •5] Known/suspected allergy to the study drugs
- •?Pregnant patients
- •?Patients with second and third degree Heart Block
- •?Patients with history of use of ?? blockers
