1] Patients aged 18-60 years
2] Either gender of ASA I-III patients
3] GCS 13 or more
4] Scheduled for excision and surgical decompression for elective Intracranial Space Occupying Lesions
1] Refusal to Consent
2] Patients with GCS <13
3] Patients with psychotic disorders and on medication or therapy
4] Patients with history of substance abuse/ chronic use of opioid analgesics
5] Known/suspected allergy to the study drugs
?Pregnant patients
?Patients with second and third degree Heart Block
?Patients with history of use of ?? blockers
