- •ASA II and above patients above 45 years
- •with one of the following
- •1. Coronary artery disease
- •3. cerebrovascular accident
- •4. peripheral vascular disease
- •undergoing major abdominal surgery lasting more than 4 hours
排除标准
- •1.emergency surgery
- •2.Preoperative ventilation or COPD
- •3.Renal dysfunction creatinine more than 1.5
- •4.CAD EF less than 35%
- •5.AST ALT more than twice normal
