Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA II and above patients above 45 years
- •with one of the following
- •1\. Coronary artery disease
- •3\. cerebrovascular accident
- •4\. peripheral vascular disease
- •undergoing major abdominal surgery lasting more than 4 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.emergency surgery
- •2\.Preoperative ventilation or COPD
- •3\.Renal dysfunction creatinine more than 1\.5
- •4\.CAD EF less than 35%
- •5\.AST ALT more than twice normal
