Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age from 18 to 60y.
- •\-both sex.
- •\-ASA physical status II\&III.
- •\-Patients scheduled for elective cardiac surgery (valve replacement or coronary artery bypass surgery).
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients refusal.
- •\-allergy to the study drug.
- •\-emergent cardiac surgery.
- •\-redo cardiac surgery.
- •\-combined coronary artery bypass surgery/ valve replacement surgery.
- •\-ejection fraction less than 40%.
- •\-liver disease.
