入选标准
- •ASAPS I or II, of BMI less than or equal to 30 kg/m2, undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •impaired kidney or liver functions, history of drug or alcohol abuse, expected difficult airway, history of chronic pain condition or daily intake of analgesics or corticosteroids, consumed gabapentin or pregabalin within 2 weeks prior to surgery, pregnant or lactating, any condition in with the study or rescue drug was contraindicated, ineligible to provide informed consent, any case converted to open cholecystectomy
