The focus of the study is on aspects such as usability , implementability and feasibility of the intervention, user satisfaction and technology acceptance. For this purpose, the developed interfaces and additional devices (tablet or smartphone) are handed out to language mediators, patients, nurses, and physicians in an evaluation setting at the participating emergency rooms, and the users' interactions with the interfaces are evaluated. The survey is conducted with standardized survey instruments for technology acceptance and usability as well as accompanying interviews of the system users. In addition, the study serves to explore outcome parameters relevant to care for a later examination of effectiveness and, if necessary, cost-effectiveness.
