Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Young old males and females (age:65\-74\)
- •\-MIQ\-RS (Movement Imagery questionnaire Revised Second version), total 14 questions,7 points scoring for each, minimum score of 5 for each
- •\-Clinical Balance Assessment (patient falling in type\-3 dizziness)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Disorders related to visual system
- •\-Disorders related to peripheral vestibular system
- •\-Those who are medically not allowed to engage in physical activity
