Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Comparison of preoperative and one year postoperative uncorrected and distance corrected near visual acuity (logRAD). Near visual acuity is tested using Salzburg Reading Desk (SRD).
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Following tests are conducted 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year postoperatively:
- reading ability (logRAD) is tested using Salzburg Reading Desk (SRD).
- refractive error
- visual acuity at distance, intermediate and near
- contrast sensitivity (FF-Cats)
- glare sensitivity (FF-CATS)
- ocular and corneal aberrations (i-Trace)
- corneal topography (Pentacam)
- subjective optical quality (questionaire)
