Inclusion Criteria
Students undergoing nursing undergraduate degree at Iran University of Medical Sciences
Nursing students should have passed three terms and now they are studying grade four or above (semester 4 to 8)
Signed informed consent to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
Nursing students shouldn't be recruitment as help assistant
Unwillingness to continue attending the study or not attending a maximum of one session of training sessions by student

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Spiritual intelligence score in Khodadady and colleagues spiritual intelligence questionnaire (2012). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 70 days after that. Method of measurement: The Comprehensive Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire was first made by Amraam and Dryer (Integrated spiritual intelligence scale) in 2008 and validated by Khodadady and colleagues in 2012.;The Moral Sensitivity Score, by the Han and Associates 2010 questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 70 days after that. Method of measurement: The Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire developed by Lützén et al. (1994) (Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire) and its validity and reliability again in Korea in 2010 by Han et al. (Korean version of the Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire).
