Inclusion Criteria
Having at least one year experience of working in the Intensive Care Unit, having BSC degree in nursing, tend to participate in the study, not participating in prior spiritual care program
Exclusion criteria: Prior participation in the spiritual care program, withdrew from the study

Method of measurement: The Spiritual Well-being Scale (Paloutzian and Ellison).;Attitude toward spiritual care providing. Timepoint: Before intervention and one month after intervention.
