1. patients in the age range of 18 to 60 years
2. confirmation of the diagnosis of covid-19 and hospitalization due to covid-19
3. ability to speak, read and write in Persian
4. having a mobile phone
5. being alert and oriented
6. accessibility to Internet
7. willingness to participate in the study
8. oxygen saturation more than 90%
9. patients must not have anxiety disorders and other known mental diseases
10.patients must not have communication impairment(i.e., visual impairment, hearing impairment, memory impairment or dysmnesia)
11. patients must not have very strong religious and spiritual believes(cut off)
1. becoming critically ill(i.e., ARDS ) and transferring patients to ICU
2. patient discharge with informed consent and patent death
