Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\-completely Bilateral impacted mandibular third molar .
- •2\-No history of systemic disease that not suitable for oral surgery
- •3\- Periodontal condition with good plaque control
- •4\- cooperative patient .
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\-Declined to participate
- •2\-They had active periodontal diseases
- •3\-They exhibited poor oral hygiene.
- •4\-Patient doesn't have the same class of impacted teeth.
- •5\-Long term steroid
- •6\-Systemic disease that affect bone healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis and HIV etc.
- •7\-Smoking and excessive drinking.
