Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients aged between 18 years to 60 years scheduled for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
2)ASA 1&2
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients who are allergic to NSAIDS
2)Patients refusal to consent
3)Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, pregnancy and lactation
4)Patients with a known case of acid peptic ulceration and recurrent peptic ulceration
5) Bleeding disorders and coagulation disorders
6) History of thrombocytopenia, gastrointestinal bleeding, cerebrovascular bleeding
7) Severe cardiac failure
