Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Hemiplegic stroke patients
- •2\. First time supratentorial stroke (ischemic or hemorrhage) confirmed with CT scan or MRI
- •3\. Age 20\-79 years
- •4\. Stroke onset 2 weeks \- 6 months
- •5\. Unable to stand or walk without gait aid (FAC ≤ 3\)
- •6\. Fair to good static and dynamic sitting balance
- •7\. Brunnstrom stage of lower extremities score ≤ 3
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Unstable cardiovascular or respiratory condition
- •2\. Unstable vital sign or uncontrolled blood pressure (SBP ≥ 180, DBP ≥ 110\)
- •3\. History of orthopedic or neurological disease that effect gait function
- •4\. Visual or auditory impairment
- •5\. Poor cognitive function (TMSE ≤ 23\)
- •6\. Global aphasia
- •7\. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) ≥ 3
- •8\. Severe neglect
