Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with traumatic or non\-traumatic SCI over the age of 19
  • 2\. Patients less than 6 months of onset
  • 3\. Patients with upper motor neuron damage with neurological level of injury (NLI) from C2 to T12
  • 4\. Patients classified as the American Spina Injury Association Impairment Scale (AIS) C or D
  • 5\. Patients who can maintain a standing position for more than 1 minute through one person’s minimal assistance, or sit to stand through one person’s moderate assistance

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with limitation in range of motion of lower limb joints
  • 2\. Patients at risk of fracture with severe osteoporosis
  • 3\. Patients with pressure ulcer on the sacrum, coccyx, ischium, etc.
  • 4\. Patients with difficulty in communication due to cognitive impairment
  • 5\. Patients accompanied by peripheral nerve lesions
  • 6\. Patients who had difficulty in walking before SCI
  • 7\. Patients who can walk more than 10m without the hep of others or braces (Walking Index for Spinal Cord Injury scale (WISCI)\-II level 17\~19\)
