Inclusion Criteria
Term neonates, infants and children under 12 years of age
Cases presenting with signs symptoms consistent with myocarditis
Raised serum levels of SGOT and CKMB
X ray findings consistent with myocarditis
Exclusion Criteria
Congenital heart disease
Rheumatic heart disease
