Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients \[aged \>18years] on hemodialysis for more than three months with well\-functioning tunnelled catheter, A\-V graft or A\-V fistula as access, at the out\-patient haemodialysis unit of Nephrology department with an ultrafiltration volume of \>12ml/kg/hour during the last one month before enrolment and during the index session
Exclusion Criteria
- •a.Patients with clinical evidence of sepsis.
- •b.Patients with prior structural cardiac valvular disease/ cardio\-renal syndrome.
- •c.Hemodynamically unstable patients –The patient showing symptoms of restlessness, loss of consciousness, chest pain, abnormal heart rate/pulse, hypotension or unrecordable blood pressure and patient with systemic sepsis.
- •d.Coronary Intervention procedure in last three months
