1. Patients diagnosed as ILD as per ATS guidelines.
2. Age-35-70yrs
3. FVC >50%
4. FEV1 >65%
5.Stable patient.
6.MMT grade of lower limb hip flexor ,extensor ,abductors and adductors, knee flexion and extension, ankle dorsiflexion, plantarflexion group of muscles >3
1. Evidence of neurological or musculoskeletal conditions(eg,cerebrovascular acci-dent, Parkinsons disease)
2. FVC <50%
3. FEV1 <65%
4. Patients with comorbidities preventing them to perform exercise training.
5. Patients having COPD, bronchiectasis, lung carcinoma, pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis
